Bohemia Farmstudio is an independent centre for contemporary art located in a former agricultural compound in the Kokořínsko region. It offers residency programmes, facilities for arts residencies, plein-airs, workshops, and festivals primarily for visual arts, theatre, dance, and music groups and collectives.

- Two-story Gallery with 200 m² exhibition space
- Studio/Hall (8 × 25 m, 4 m ceiling height) with 36 m² stage and optional cushion dance floor
- Courtyard approximately 2000 m² with two unroofed former barns
- Common room (6 × 6 m, heated, square floor plan) for rehearsals
- Venue capacity for public events: 30–300 people
