Fundraising Assistant - Call For Curators

Position Overview

Fundraising Assistant – Institutional Relations. Full-time, fixed-term contract until 01/31/2025. Location: SP, Brazil. Salary: BRL 2,673.00.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the fundraising strategy, focusing on the museum's and sponsors' interests
• Manage benefits, schedule, and oversee visits and workshops for groups
• Engage in finding new sponsors that match the museum's values
• Maintain and update contact lists and administrative spreadsheets
• Prepare project presentations and financial reports for partners and sponsors with guidance
• Work on drafting and revising sponsorship contracts with oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Cultural Management, Marketing, or related field
• Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Familiarity with cultural incentive laws and prior experience in museums or the nonprofit sector are advantageous

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, with a 1-hour break.
