Overview
All current Hoyt Artist Members are invited to participate in the 7th Annual Hoyt Artist Member Exhibition. All media is invited with the exception of video, installations, or mobiles. All sales will be referred directly to the artist with no commissions retained.

- Delivery: April 18–25, 2026 at the Hoyt

Eligibility & Restrictions
- Open to current Hoyt Artist Members only. Not a member? Join Now.
- Works must be original and completed in the last three years
- Works must not have been previously shown at the Hoyt or Confluence
- No kits or reproductions
- Maximum two entries per artist
Media & Size Requirements
- All media accepted except video, installations, and mobiles
- Work must not exceed 32 inches in any direction or 25 pounds in weight
- 2D pieces must be framed with white or neutral mats and wired
- All works must be ready for exhibition; entry tag must be attached to back
Submission Process
- Digital images of your submissions requested by March 23 for pre-show publicity
- Complete Entry Card and Tags and attach to work upon delivery
- Delivery: April 18–25, 2026 at the Hoyt
Insurance & Liability
While measures are taken to safeguard works in the care of UPMC, neither the Hoyt nor UPMC can be held liable for damages incurred during shipment, storage, or exhibition. Artists must provide their own exhibition insurance as desired.
