In Series Art Exhibition / Calls & Submissions

Overview

Art Fluent invites artists worldwide to submit a series of exactly five artworks to IN SERIES, an online exhibition highlighting artists who explore an idea across multiple works. Each accepted artist will have their series displayed in the online gallery as a mini solo show within a group exhibition.

Theme

IN SERIES showcases cohesive series that reflect each artist's distinct artistic voice. Submit five pieces that form one unified vision.

Eligibility & Restrictions

• Open to artists worldwide, both amateur and professional
• Work copied or done under instructor guidance is not eligible
• Work previously exhibited with Art Fluent will not be considered
• AI-generated work will not be accepted

Media & Submission Requirements

• Submit exactly five works as a cohesive body of work
• Include the collection/series title and artist statement
• Images must be properly cropped, in focus JPEG/JPG format, 1,200 pixels minimum on longest side, maximum 5 MB
• Video formats: MOV, MP4, WMV; aspect ratio 4:3 or 16:9; resolution minimum 640×480, maximum 1920×1080; file size under 100 MB; if selected, provide Vimeo link set to public

Fees & Awards

• Entry fee: $35 (non-refundable, does not guarantee acceptance)
• All accepted artists receive $250 cash prize each
• Artists receive 100% of sale proceeds
• Portion of entry fees donated to arts organizations

Key Dates

• Notification of acceptance and online gallery opening by Friday, November 6, 2026

Selection & Notification

Director's choice, curated and juried by Creative Director Amy Matteson Neill along with an anonymous committee. No personal feedback is given by jurors. Notification is sent by email to the address on file with CaFÉ; all submitters will be notified of the juror's selections.
