It is not for illustration, graphic design, publishing, or comic book practices. The residency offers two artists a four-week continuous immersion, research, and experimentation period entirely dedicated to the medium. Artists work freely on their project without artistic or technical guidance, with no obligation for production or exhibition. The residency provides a professional context for exchanges, including with a curator/critic chosen by the artist and networking with contemporary art professionals. A public meeting is organized at the end of the residency, on September 30, for artists to present their artistic approach.
