It supports projects in various artistic disciplines that involve international collaboration and contribute to professional development, creation, research, or learning.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally reside in a country participating in the Creative Europe program. The grant requires a project to be carried out in another Creative Europe participating country, with a single international partner providing a signed letter of invitation. Mobility must be individual (7-60 days) or for a group of 2-5 people (7-21 days) and continuous.
The grant provides 85 € per project day, plus a travel allowance of 400 € (for distances under 5,000 km) or 800 € (for distances 5,000 km or more). Additional supplements are available for ecological mobility (400 €), eligible outermost regions/overseas territories (175 €), family (200 € per child under 18), visa costs (120 €), and accessibility support for artists with disabilities (e.g., 30 € extra per day).

Funding is disbursed in two installments: 75% of daily and travel allowances after convention signature, and 25% after validation of the final report. Flat-rate supplements are paid after report validation. Artists must provide proof of travel and project completion, submitting the final report within 30 days of mobility completion. Double European funding for the same expenses and dates is prohibited.
