This festival will activate Nicollet Mall to preview what a more vibrant and welcoming corridor could do to invigorate and bring together the downtown community. MDC|DID seeks to fund inventive, exciting installations to be placed on Nicollet Mall for a 12–to-16-week period beginning with the Nicollet Next festival.
MDC|DID encourages local designers, design firms, artists and/or artist collectives, and other interested parties to propose installations.
Proposals should preview the next vibrant generation of Nicollet Mall.
