Get matched →The Winnsboro Art & Wine Festival is a juried art marketplace in its 17th year, coordinated by Winnsboro Center for the Arts. The festival transforms the Cultural Arts and Main Street District into an open-air fine arts market featuring fine art alongside Texas wineries, regional food vendors, and live local music. Admission is free to the public. Last year drew just over 3,600 attendees.
Downtown Winnsboro, Texas (Cultural Arts and Main Street District). The festival is approximately 100 miles from Dallas, Texarkana, and Shreveport in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Artists and vendors check in at Winnsboro Center for the Arts, 200 Market Street.

Jury fee is $25. Additional dinner meals available for $12 each.
The festival includes a multi-level marketing campaign with social media, print ads, television, and radio appearances throughout a four-state region. Participating artists receive festival marketing materials to share with patrons.
