How to Apply
Submit applications online via ZAPP (www.zapplication.org). Each application requires 3 images of your work, 1 booth image, an artist information statement, and the non-refundable $35 jury fee. This is a blind jury process—jurors evaluate only your images without knowing your name or location.
Jury Process
Your work is scored 1–5 by a four-person panel of experienced art professionals. Scores are averaged, and top-scoring artists are reviewed by committee for final selection. High-scoring artists not invited to the show are retained on a waitlist of alternates. Decisions are final; previous acceptance does not guarantee future acceptance.
Awards & Categories
First place in each media category receives $250. Categories include Ceramics, Painting/Drawing, Jewelry, Photography, and others. No single category may comprise more than 25% of the show.
Media Categories
- Ceramics: All original clay and porcelain work (excluding jewelry); no mass-produced items.
- Painting/Drawing: Oils, acrylics, watercolor, and works in dry media (charcoal, pastels, pencil) or fluid media (ink, wash).
- Jewelry: Original work in metal, glass, clay, fiber, and other materials; no commercial casts, molds, strung beads, or catalogue merchandise.
- Photography and other media as approved.
Booth & Fees
- Jury Fee: $35 per application (non-refundable); pay online by credit card.
- Booth Space: 10' x 10' for $200 (due by March 15, 2026). Includes $5 donation to arts scholarships; remaining proceeds support arts donations.
Multiple Applications
Artists may submit separate applications for work in different media categories or distinctly separate bodies of work within one category. Each application requires its own Zapplication account, digital images, and jury fee. No advantage is gained by submitting the same body of work multiple times.
