About
Overview
Anonyme Zeichner is an international exhibition project that presents approximately 600 drawings from 600 artists without disclosing their names or work titles. The exhibition takes place at ZAK - Zentrum für Aktuelle Kunst in Berlin.
The Concept
The project investigates fundamental questions: How does judgment change when we know nothing about the artist's name and origin? How do we determine the value of a drawing when all works are offered at the same price? Where is the boundary between art and non-art?
Participation & Pricing
Each submitted work is offered at a symbolic uniform price of €250. Artists receive €200 from each sale; the remaining €20 per work finances future calls and exhibitions.
