Overview
The exhibition 'AMT – The Private in the System' explores what happens when private life meets bureaucracy, administrative forms, and institutional processes. It examines concrete experiences: waiting, applying, proving, explaining, rejection, appeals, and not being understood. Bureaucracy can protect, support, and enable access, but it can also overwhelm, control, exclude, or shame people. Personal stories are translated into files, numbers, deadlines, and official language. The open call seeks works exploring what this encounter does to people—what traces do decisions, forms, queues, digital portals, stamps, and jurisdiction leave behind? Where does order emerge, where powerlessness, where absurdity?

FINTA artists (women, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender persons) worldwide.
What to submit
All media welcome, including installation, video, sound, performance, painting, photography, text, objects, digital works, and interdisciplinary formats. Personal, political, documentary, humorous, critical, or poetic approaches are encouraged. Submit a single merged PDF (max. 10 MB) containing: CV (max. 1 page), portfolio (max. 10 pages), and a brief concept or description of the submitted work (max. 0.5 page). Incomplete applications or those not meeting these specifications cannot be considered.
