The Omaha Tribe Enrollment Office assists tribal membership with enrollment and enrollment documents, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy while helping with the application process and other membership needs.

Enrollment Process

• Every second Friday: Deadline to submit enrollment applications
• Every third week: Enrollment Committee reviews completed applications
• Every fourth week: Approved applications placed on Tribal Council agenda

Tribal ID Services

Tribal ID cards are available for $10 (first card) or $15 (replacement). Minor Tribal ID cards are now available for enrolled members ages 14–21. Credit and debit card payments are accepted in person or by phone.

License Plate Notice

Tribal members registering for license plates must bring either a Tribal ID or Certificate of Indian Blood to the DMV. The Enrollment Office does not fax or email these documents to the DMV.

Incomplete Applications

Incomplete applications are mailed back to the address provided on the application. Resubmit applications with required documentation to [email protected] or [email protected].
