Overview

The São Paulo State Department of Culture, Economy and Creative Industries, in partnership with the Associação Paulista dos Amigos da Arte (APAA), offers this Expression of Interest. It is a tool for municipalities, individuals, and organizations to propose partnerships with APAA through existing programs or new proposals. Selected proposals will be evaluated by APAA's curatorial team based on technical criteria and budget availability. Currently, APAA's finalistic program budgets are fully committed to actions planned for the current year. If resources become available and the proposal is selected, APAA will contact the proposer to proceed.

Project Categories

  • Support for Diverse Cultural Events and Projects: Projects across different artistic disciplines that promote cultural appreciation and public access to cultural activities
  • Circuito Cult SP (municipalities only): Cultural diffusion program promoting artistic-cultural activities in São Paulo municipalities, focused on audience development and cultural decentralization
  • FÉstival – Celebration of Faith and Family (municipalities only): Event bringing together Christian-origin cultural manifestations with music, theater, dance, and visual arts activities
  • Circus Festival SP (municipalities only): Annual event valuing circus language, promoting artist exchange and public access to circus
  • Hip-Hop Festival (municipalities only): Event celebrating hip-hop culture, promoting its appreciation, diffusion, and preservation
