Get matched →Tokyo Arts and Space (TOKAS) is an arts center dedicated to the creation and promotion of contemporary artistic expression. The TOKAS AIR program provides creators with periods of residence to engage in creation of works or research activities, and conducts bilateral exchange programs with affiliated overseas organizations.
