BocaFest is the 39th annual outdoor art festival at The Town Center at Boca Raton, a luxury shopping mall with over 200 high-end stores, specialty dining, and ample parking. The event attracts a high-end buying crowd through partnerships with local media including WRMF, the Palm Beach Post, Sun Sentinel, Boca News, Forum Publishing, and Comcast Cable.

• Dates: January 23-24, 2027
• Hours: Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm
• Set-up: Friday
• Location: The Town Center at Boca Raton, Glades Road, Boca Raton, Florida
• Spaces: 10x10 (10x20 limited; double booth image must be submitted and approved)
• Parking: Daytime and overnight near show site
• Public Admission: Free, no gate
• Overnight Security onsite

Application Requirements

Minimum 3 images required to apply. Applications are juried in order of date received. Apply early, as the show and/or categories could meet maximum allotment causing closures. Once closed, applicants are applying for the wait list only.

Fees

• Non-refundable Jury Fee (APF): $35
• Booth fee (if invited): $625
• All booth fee payments are paid directly to Howard Alan Events, not through Zapp

Selection & Payment

Applicants are notified of acceptance via invitation email (check spam folder). Upon receiving an invitation, you must submit the deposit/booth fee immediately to secure your space. Simply accepting on Zapp does not secure your space. Invitation email will contain payment instructions.
