Overview
Clay + Canvas Camp is a two-week program for young artists ages 11–15 at Art Omi: Education's new air-conditioned creative space at Pavilions in Chatham. This multi-disciplinary camp breaks boundaries between two-dimensional imagery and three-dimensional forms, drawing inspiration from contemporary works throughout Art Omi. All skill levels welcome.

- Morning: Ceramics with Jojo Dzielski
- Afternoon: Painting with Ever Baldwin
- Includes lunch and social break
What to Expect
- Experimental Painting: Traditional techniques and unconventional methods on various surfaces
- Tactile Ceramics: Hand-building and surface design, treating clay as canvas
- Curiosity-Led Discovery: Focus on the journey of making, encouraging students to take risks and develop unique artistic voice

Teachers
Josephine "Jojo" Dzielski (ceramics) is a teaching artist in Catskill, NY, with a B.S. in Visual Arts, B.A. in French, and B.S. in Arts Education from SUNY New Paltz. Ever Baldwin (painting) is a painter based in Catskill, NY, with a BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art and MFA from School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
