Overview
The MAP Grant (Ecosystem Development) supports the creation, development and/or execution of programmes that develop the multicultural arts ecosystem in Singapore through capability development, research, dialogue and discourse. Programmes should encourage spaces for experimentation, enhance cross-cultural appreciation, and facilitate sustainable production for Singapore's multicultural arts, especially for younger generations.

- Creation and experimentation (residencies, incubation labs, youth mentorship)
- Thought leadership platforms (fellowships, symposiums, conferences)
- Research and documentation projects
- Educational projects (pedagogical materials, teacher development)
- Festivals
- Regional collaboration platforms
Eligibility
- Lead applicant must be Singaporean or PR (for proposals with international or regional partners)
- Programme must primarily benefit Singapore-based practitioners
- In-house training programmes for existing employees only are not eligible
- Capped at 2 applications per category per financial year
Funding
Funding is up to 100% of a realistic budget, capped at $300,000 per application. Grants $10,000 and above require certified Statement of Accounts (ISCA or equivalent). Grants $100,000 and above require independently audited Statement of Accounts (ACRA or equivalent).
