About Arts at Home
Arts at Home helps residents of older adult care settings access arts and culture through sessions led by trained volunteers. Volunteers introduce artworks of their choice with open-ended questions and thought-provoking prompts to spark conversation, combat loneliness, and social isolation. For older adults living with dementia, participatory art can help improve cognitive functioning, communication, memory, and creative thinking.
What you will do
You will introduce works of art of your choice to care home residents. No prior professional experience is needed; training and a toolkit will be provided.

Locations
