Art in the Park is a juried outdoor art market held in the beautiful treed Market Common Valor Park, two blocks from the ocean in downtown Myrtle Beach. The show has been running since 1973 and maintains high standards for exhibitor quality. Spaces are 10ft x 10ft and all work must match jury photographs.

  • Submission deadline: November 12, 2026
  • Show dates: November 14-15, 2026
  • Show hours: 10 AM to 4 PM both days
  • Setup: All day Friday before the show and Saturday morning before 9 AM
  • Notification of space assignment: 2 weeks prior to show

Market Common Valor Park, 1120 Farrow Parkway, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577. Outdoor venue.

  • All work must be original, created by the displaying artist without purchased molds, kits, or commercial mass production
  • Reproductions allowed but may not exceed 50% of total exhibit (contact organizer for exceptions)
  • All work must match photographs and materials provided to the jury
  • Work quality reviewed at show; non-qualifying work results in dismissal and exclusion from future shows
  • 3 photos of your work
  • 1 photo of your display with work in it
  • Completed application form
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope large enough to return photos

  • Non-WACG members: $140 per space
  • WACG members: $125 per space
  • Jury fee: $10 (non-refundable; one fee if registering for 2+ shows at once)
  • South Carolina sales tax: 6% collected and remitted by exhibitor
  • Spaces measure 10ft x 10ft and must not exceed this size
  • Must be neat and visible on all four sides; be prepared to hide containers
  • No drive-in trailers or vans; no storage on site; no spikes or screw-downs
  • Vehicles not allowed in park
  • No sale signs or signage for clearance/end-of-show specials
  • Display must not be dismantled before 4:00 PM
  • Exhibitors responsible for protecting work from weather; stay during light rain, seek shelter in severe weather
