This is a house rules document for visitors to the MuseumsQuartier Vienna, a public property open to the public. These rules govern conduct on the entire MuseumsQuartier grounds, including courtyards and forecourt.

Visitors must conduct themselves in such a way that no other person is harmed, endangered, obstructed, harassed, or threatened. The property management reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas for maintenance, repair, upkeep, or other work, and to close off or evacuate specific areas if necessary.

Entry to and exit from the MuseumsQuartier is permitted only through designated entrances, exits, and access points. Emergency exits and stairwells may only be opened or used in emergencies; unauthorized opening will be strictly punished.

Parents and adult chaperones are solely responsible for supervising children and adolescents and are accountable for the behavior of minors.

Entry by multi-lane vehicles is permitted only with prior authorization via the access road at the corner of Museumsplatz and Burggasse and in accordance with applicable entry regulations. The speed limit is 5 km/h throughout the area. Vehicles may only be stopped or parked in designated areas; single-track vehicles are prohibited without exception. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense or result in legal action.

Security personnel are authorized to inspect bags and other containers on a random basis or as circumstances warrant. Visitors who refuse inspection without good reason or who are found carrying prohibited items may be denied entry or further access within the MuseumsQuartier.

Visitors are asked to treat the entire MuseumsQuartier grounds and facilities with care and leave them clean. Trash, packaging materials, and empty containers must be disposed of exclusively in designated bins. Damage of any kind must be avoided; willful damage will result in a ban from the premises and a report to police.

Advertising of any kind, decorations, posters, signs, and distribution of printed materials are strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained from MQ E+B GesmbH. Riding and parking cargo bikes displaying any kind of advertising is strictly prohibited; illegally parked cargo bikes will be removed at the owner's expense.
