General InformationSmiles & Frowns is an exploration of human emotion. From the simplicity of a smiley face to the complexity of a beautiful realist portrait, and everything in between.Whether expressed through portraiture or in more unexpected ways, we’re interested in the full spectrum of what it means to feel.Presented by The BruHaus (www.thebruhaus.art), the exhibition will take place at Birdhouse Estates (www.bird-house.com), where we’re currently in residence—a beautiful indoor/outdoor gallery space filled with natural light and surrounded by lush gardens, making it a pretty magical place to experience art.*All work must be for sale to be selected.ENTRY DEADLINE: November 23th, 2025.SELECTIONS ANNOUNCEMENT: November 25th, 2025.EXHIBITION DATES: December 5, 2025 - December 11, 2025.OPENING NIGHT RECEPTION: December 5, 2025.
Application RequirementsThis is a call for work of all sizes, mediums and styles.All work must be original, unsold work, & the artist must own the sole copyright to the art. All artwork selected must remain available for sale for the entirety of the Exhibition. • All work must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition • Work should be ready to hang condition with proper wiring.
