Artists at the Center is a multi-year collaboration between the Seattle Office of Arts & Culture and Seattle Center, supported by the Uptown Arts & Culture Coalition and adjacent communities. The program introduces emerging and established artists and celebrates their talent through performance opportunities on Seattle Center campus. Artists connect with new audiences, display their talents, and advance their careers while visitors benefit from pop-up performances throughout the year.

  • Application submission deadline: April 21, 2026
  • Application reopens in 2027

The program accepts music, dance, theater, demonstrations, and multi-disciplinary work.

Each year, artists are selected with an equity and social justice lens, ensuring equitable representation for underserved and emerging artists.

Selected artists receive funding and a performance opportunity at Seattle Center.
