Get matched →The Almenara Painting Competition is an international online painting competition open to artists from any country. It accepts works in oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, graphite, colored pencils, ink, charcoal, gouache, tempera, and all traditional media on supports such as canvas, linen, cardboard, paper, copper, or wood.
Works range from hyperrealism and photorealism to impressionism, surrealism, and plein air painting.
Over €65,000 in total prizes (more than €30,000 in cash and €35,000 in products). Accepted, finalist, and winning works will be exhibited on the organization's website and social media. Winners remain permanently displayed on the platform.
No limit on the number of works to submit. No size restrictions. Works do not need to be available for sale, though only those available for sale can compete for acquisition prizes.
Artists retain 100% of the sale price. The Almenara Collection connects buyers and artists directly without charging commissions.
