The gallery celebrates all forms of visual creative arts with particular focus on underrepresented forms such as digital illustration, textile arts, printmaking, zines, and mixed media.
Open to all artists. You may submit a maximum of 2 pieces of work. A piece may be one physical work or a series that works cohesively as one piece with one title. Submit separate forms for each work.
You must supply the title of each piece and a short description of no more than 100 words to be displayed alongside your work. Indicate whether the work is for sale and provide a price if selling.
All works must be ready to hang or display. Wall-hung works should have D-rings, mirror plates, or picture hanging wire already securely attached. Large, lightweight canvases may use nails. 3D and non-hanging works must arrive ready to display. Digital works must be printed, framed, and ready for display before arrival. Sawtooth hanging attachments are not accepted. Works under 89 cm height by 64 cm width are more likely to be accepted due to gallery capacity. Submit photographs of both the work and its hanging/display fixtures.
It is free to both apply and exhibit your works. Artists keep 100% of the sale price of their works.
Every listing links to the organizer's official page. Always confirm deadlines, fees, and entry rules there before you apply.
Successful artists arrange delivery at their own expense, either by mail (tracked and insured recommended) or in person during the drop-off window. After the exhibition, works must be collected week commencing 30th November. Mailed works are returned via tracked 48-hour postage at artist's cost between 4th-5th December. For sold works, sale proceeds are sent to the artist in full upon buyer collection no later than week commencing 30th November.
Artists are recommended to have their own insurance policy for exhibiting works. Modulart Gallery takes no responsibility for works lost or damaged in transit or during the exhibition.
