Albert Cottages, Hampstead Park, Dublin 9: Two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, small studio/work space; 11-month residency in tranquil parklands setting.
St. Patrick's Lodge, St. Patrick's Park, Dublin 2: Two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, small studio/work space; 11-month residency next to St. Patrick's Cathedral in busy city park.
Wooden Buildings, East Essex Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2: Two-bedroom apartment; short-term leases only. Note: Central Temple Bar location has unpredictable noise levels; not suitable for artists requiring controlled noise.

Residency Terms

Rent: €750 per month
Duration: 11 months (Albert Cottages and St. Patrick's Lodge) or short-term lease (Wooden Buildings)
Final month of occupation may be reduced by a few days for changeover
Awarded to a single individual or entity; arrangement terms agreed upon once awarded
