Overview
Bonfils-Stanton Foundation's Equity-Focused Leadership Grants provide up to $20,000 in unrestricted funding to organizations supporting inclusive and representative leadership development. The program focuses on organizations nurturing community-rooted, civic, and social sector leaders, particularly BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and/or adults with disabilities.
Eligibility
- Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit or fiscally sponsored organization
- Operating budget under $2 million
- Leadership programming for adults 18 and older for at least two years
- Based in and majority of programming in Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, or Jefferson counties
