Applicants must have plans for a publicly accessible art venue programme and can apply across four categories based on their organisational size and experience.
Eligibility
Organisations must present contemporary visual arts as their core activity, operate in the Netherlands or Caribbean part of the Kingdom, and plan a programme for a publicly accessible art venue. Applicants must endorse relevant codes (Fair Practice Code, Governance Code for Culture, Code for Diversity & Inclusion) as required by their category.
Four Categories

- BASIC: For professional organisations with annual programming and 2+ years of demonstrated practice. €110,000 per year for 2 calendar years. Minimum 30% budget from third parties or own income.
- PRO: For professional organisations with regular annual programme and activities for diverse audiences. €175,000 per year for 3 calendar years. Minimum 50% budget from third parties or own earnings.
- BROAD: For institutes with fully-fledged professional organisation seeking support for regular annual programme with extensive activities.
Requirements
All categories require applicants to endorse relevant codes. Basic and Pro applicants must reflect on the Fair Practice Code, Governance Code for Culture, and Code for Diversity & Inclusion, identifying areas for improvement and how to achieve goals.
