  • Audio description services fees
  • Captioning services fees
  • Language translation services fees

Applicants can request a maximum of $300 per event or $1,500 for a series of five or more events. No match required. Maximum per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) is $1,500.

Two pathways: (1) If the access service will be provided no matter what, apply now through NAC's online grant system at least 6 weeks before the event. (2) If services are only upon patron request, email a Letter of Intent (LOI) to [email protected] describing the event and providing an estimated cost; apply at least 2 weeks before the event.

Applications or LOIs must be received at least 6 weeks before the event (or 2 weeks prior for services only upon request). Events must take place within the current NAC fiscal year or by June 30, 2024. Final Reports are due 30 days after the event.

This is a reimbursement grant. Payment occurs after the event is completed and upon successful submission of Final Report documents. Nebraska Arts Council reimburses actual costs within 60 days of receiving the Final Report.
