This 8th annual 2-day outdoor art and craft show takes place in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island at City Field. The event accepts handmade items, artist-designed work, and unique gift ideas for holiday gift-giving. All artist exhibitor tents must be white (except branded sponsor booths). Limited to 60 booth spaces.

  • Application deadline: November 26, 2026
  • Artist notification: December 5, 2026
  • Event dates: December 5-6, 2026, 10am to 5pm both days
  • Setup: Saturday, December 5, 6:30am to 9:30am (all vehicles must be off festival footprint by 9am)
  • Open to emerging artists of all levels
  • Focus on handmade and artist-designed items
  • Jury will consider unique/creative gift ideas, authors, inventors, and designers
  • May apply in up to 2 categories
  • Minimum 4 images required
  • Artists selected through jury review by panel of experts
  • Display must match submitted photos or updated photos must be provided

  • Artist - production/studio work with no more than 2 assistants
  • Artist - studio work with more than 2 assistants

  • Categories capped with no more than 25% jewelry
  • Application fee: $20 (early bird) or $25
  • Booth fee: $275 if paid before October 12; $325 if paid after October 12
  • Overnight self-contained stay available for additional $50 fee
  • Approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep with at least 2 feet between booths
  • Booth-and-a-half and double booths available on limited basis
  • White tents required (except branded sponsor booths)
  • No cheap camping tents; pop-up tents not recommended
  • If using EZ UP or umbrella-type pop-up tent: minimum 40 pounds per leg (160 pounds total)
  • Easy load-in and load-out next to booth (weather permitting)
  • Display must be professional and not infringe on neighboring booths without director approval
  • No chairs in walkways; no hand-made signs
  • Free admission to public
  • Free artist parking and trailer parking
  • Onsite bathrooms
  • Designated reserved unloading area
  • Staff support throughout event
  • Participating artists listed on Facebook event page
  • Marketing and advertising via social media ads, posters, rack cards, local tourism websites, and print ads
