Equity We integrate anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices in all facets of the organization working towards systemic change. Our last strategic plan (Connected, Creative and Caring 2022-2024) set us in motion, expanding how we support artists, build genuine community bonds, and reimagine what a gallery can be. We’re ready to continue building on those efforts while finding ways to better serve our community – including those who have not yet walked through our doors.
