Biannual cross-residency program between CEAAC (Strasbourg) and basis e.V. (Frankfurt) supporting emerging and mid-career visual artists. The program provides a 3-month residency in Frankfurt with studio space, housing, living expenses, and concludes with a solo exhibition at CEAAC.

Eligibility
Open to French visual artists at early/mid-career stage, all media, without age or nationality restriction, who can demonstrate a link to the Grand Est region. Individual artists, duos, or collectives may apply.
Residency Conditions
- Duration: 3 months (January–March 2027)
- Studio space provided at basis e.V.
- Individual housing provided
- Round-trip travel (economy class) covered by CEAAC
- Monthly stipend: €1,035 (€700 remuneration + €335 living expenses), paid by CEAAC upon invoice
- Production support: €500 (for organized meeting/event, paid by basis e.V. on justification)
- Participation in basis e.V. open workshops and artist networking
- Personalized human and technical support throughout residency
