Overview
The 2026 International Aerial Photographer of the Year is an international photography competition for aerial images taken from drones, airplanes, buildings, or other elevated perspectives. The competition is in its second year. Nearly 1,600 entries were submitted, with 101 finalists selected. Subject matter ranges from erupting volcanoes and geological phenomena to architecture and cultural events.

Top honor awarded to grand prize winner. The 2025 grand prize was awarded to Azim Khan Ronnie (Bangladesh) for his image 'Harvesting Red Chili'.
