This initiative is part of the foundation's broader mission to promote Polish art internationally and build bridges between Polish artists and the international art market.
London is one of the world's most influential art markets, generating approximately $11 billion annually and accounting for 18% of the global art market share. It combines historical prestige with a dynamic contemporary scene—from Old Masters and Impressionists at Christie's and Sotheby's to cutting-edge works at Frieze London and Tate Modern. British art buyers range from traditional collectors to younger generations seeking new voices.
Collectors in London increasingly seek works combining new approaches with refined aesthetics. Key trends include: bold abstraction exploring color, rhythm, and space; cultural narratives reflecting identity and heritage; interdisciplinary works blending painting, photography, and installation; and affordably-priced investment works (£1,000–£10,000 range), especially for emerging collectors.
The call offers 10 positions for artists to present their work in London as part of the 2026 edition. Selected participants receive full curatorial and promotional support from the foundation.
Open to Polish artists or artists based in Poland.
