About
Overview
The Harbor Arts Fair is a 2-day outdoor celebration of art in Midcoast Maine held during Maine Craft Weekend and the peak of fall foliage season. Around 60 artist vendors exhibit at this well-attended, long-standing community event on the National Historic Landmark grounds of the Camden Public Library, with live music, a community arts tent with free family-friendly projects, a student artist tent, and food vendors.

Eligibility & Requirements
Open to all artists. All artworks displayed and sold must be substantively hand-produced using non-computer-assisted or AI means. No mold-made or buy-sell art of any kind is permitted. An emerging artists program is available with no age limit; one emerging artist will have their booth fee waived.

Application Requirements
Applications are accepted through Zapplication only. Minimum 3 images of art and 1 image of your booth (showing actual shelter and representative art displayed) are required. Applicants must provide an artist statement on process. Applications must be received, juried, accepted, and paid in full before booth spaces are assigned. Up to 10 artists will be accepted on a waitlist if the fair fills before the deadline.
Fees
- Jury/Entry Fee: $25 (non-refundable)
- Booth Fee: $275 Single Booth / $550 Double Booth
- Booth Fee Payment Deadline: September 11, 2026
- Note: Tents and furniture are not provided
Booth Assignments
Booth spaces are assigned once all artists are accepted and paid in full. Booth space preferences are considered in the order vendors are confirmed and based on past history with the Harbor Arts Fair. Although booth choices are never guaranteed, the fair will try to honor one of your three requested locations when possible.
Vendor Amenities
- Use of Picker Room on first floor of Camden Public Library as vendor lounge
- Hot coffee, tea, water, fruit, and snacks available throughout the weekend
- Free Wi-Fi for all vendors
- Booth sitting staff throughout the weekend for vendors needing breaks
- Overnight security from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. both Friday and Saturday nights
- Restrooms on ground floor of Camden Public Library; 2 porta-potty toilets available in Meadow Parking Lot behind Amphitheatre
