Overview
Cherry Street Pier welcomes a new cohort of artists and organizations each year to its Artist-in-Residence Program, providing affordable studio space where emerging and established artists can create, collaborate, and connect with the public. The Pier offers 14 studios at below-market rates.
Studio Options
- Eight ground-floor studios (443 sq. ft.) available for $500/month
- Six mezzanine studios (289 sq. ft.) for $400/month
- Rent includes utilities, high-speed internet, 24/7 studio access, and opportunities to use collaborative, exhibition, and market spaces
Eligibility
Artists across a variety of disciplines and backgrounds are encouraged to apply, particularly those interested in contributing to a diverse, collaborative, and community-focused creative environment.
