About
Overview
Woodinville Arts Alliance & The Winemakers Reserve present the 2026 Sip & Stroll Artists' Exhibition, a juried exhibition on display at The Winemakers Reserve from November 13–14, 2026. The show will be judged on November 13th, followed by the Sip & Stroll event from 5:00–8:00 PM that evening where visitors can meet artists, sip wine, listen to live music, and view the exhibition. The awards ceremony will take place during that time, and the exhibition will remain on display through Saturday.
Eligibility
All participating artists must be members of Woodinville Arts Alliance (annual membership $44; you may join to enter). Each artist may submit up to 3 pieces created within 2 years of the show date. All works must be original and for sale; giclee prints, art prints, and copies are not accepted. No artificial intelligence.
Media & Size
- Minimum 144 square inches (12" x 12") up to Maximum of 2304 square inches (48" x 48"), any framing included
- Matted work must have glass or plexiglass covering
- Work must be ready to hang with wire (no glass clips, easel-backs, or sawtooth hangers)
- Wet paintings or damaged frames will not be accepted
- No exposed glass edges, clip frames, damaged mats, or overcuts
Fees
- $35 for one artwork entry
- $40 for two entries
- $45 for three entries
Key Dates
- October 8, 2026: Artists will be notified of acceptance via email or Café
- October 16, 2026: Application deadline (apply via www.woodinvilleartsalliance.events via Café platform)
- November 13, 2026, 10:00–11:00 AM: Deliver art to The Winemakers Reserve
- November 13–14, 2026: Exhibition on display; Sip & Stroll event 5:00–8:00 PM on Friday
- November 14, 2026, 1:00–7:00 PM: Pick up artwork at The Winemakers Reserve (5:00–6:00 PM required)
How to Enter
Submit 1–3 images (minimum 1, maximum 3) via the Café platform. Your application will include the images of the work you are submitting. You must provide a list of submitted pieces on 8½ x 11 paper with your name, address, phone number, title of each piece, and price. The same information must be attached to or written on the back of each artwork.
Awards & Sales
The juried show offers cash prizes and awards to winners. All artwork must be priced to sell and remain on display for the duration of the event. Woodinville Arts Alliance retains a 30% commission on the sales of original art. Payment for consignment sales to artists will happen within 2 weeks of the event.
Delivery & Pickup
Deliver art directly to The Winemakers Reserve on Friday, November 13 between 10:00–11:00 AM. If mailing or shipping, include a check to Woodinville Arts Alliance for return shipping costs. Pick up artwork Saturday, November 14 between 1:00–7:00 PM (5:00–6:00 PM required). Shipped pieces will be returned as soon as possible after the show closes.
