Overview
The 38th Annual Rose Squared Art Show Spring takes place June 19–20, 2027, in Bloomfield/Montclair, New Jersey. The show is limited to 150 fine artists and fine crafters and expects 15,000–18,000+ attendees. Artist excellence in original work is the sole criterion for selection.

Eligibility
Open to fine artists and fine crafters. Original work only; no mass-produced, factory-made, or resold items. Multiple applications allowed if working in different media categories; jewelry requires separate application and jury acceptance. Invitation to participate does not guarantee booth space.

- 10'×10' booth: $545 (by Feb 20) | $645 (Feb 21 onward until full)
- 10'×15' booth: $695 (by Feb 20) | $795 (Feb 21 onward until full)
- 10'×20' booth: $845 (by Feb 20) | $945 (Feb 21 onward until full)

Application process
Submit 4 images of original artwork plus 1 booth image. Images are reviewed by 3 art professionals in a blind jury process; artists are assigned a number and identified only by submission order. Application fee is $45 per medium (by January 10) or $55 per medium (January 11–17 or until full).
Media accepted
Ceramics, digital art, drawing and pastels, fiber (decorative and wearable), glass, jewelry (separate application), metal, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood, and apothecary, candles, and select artisanal foods. Buy/Sell and jewelry are restricted to artists juried into those categories.
Booth features & logistics
Booths are located on grass in the park with shade from adjacent trees. Friday setup and Sunday tear-down with parking behind booth. Free parking onsite, permanent bathrooms with cleaning staff, 24-hour police security, extensive marketing, and limited tent rentals available. Hotel special rate: $149+tax at Fairfield Executive Best Western.
Insurance requirements
Certificate of Insurance naming Rose Squared Art Shows/Art-Linx, LLC as additionally insured is required and due 45 days before the show (May 3, 2027). Rose Squared offers discounts via ACT (artisans/crafters): $25 off ACT Pro annual policy or $5 off ACT Go single-show policy using discount codes rosesquared25 or rosesquared5. Artists are responsible for protection of their own work and booth.
