Overview
The 42nd Annual Cape Coral Art Festival and Business Showcase takes place in downtown Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway between Del Prado Blvd. S and SE 10th Place. Cape Coral, the most populated city in SW Florida with over 200,000 residents, draws traditionally high local and statewide attendance. The festival uses digital advertising, social media, print advertising, and local TV and radio to attract prospective art buyers.

Booth sizes and fees
- Single Regular (10' x 11') or Premier Area (10' x 13'): $450
- Booth and a Half (10' x 16.5' Regular or 10' x 19.5' Premier Area): $675
- Double Regular (10' x 22') or Premier Area Double (10' x 26'): $900
- Tents without artist sidewalls can be rented separately from the Festival tent rental company
Premier Artist area
The 72 highest jury-scoring artists are invited to display in the exclusive Premier Artist Area, which provides booth location near lodging, first access to reduced Holiday Inn Express packages, lunch and water delivery on Saturday and Sunday, larger 13-foot-wide booth spaces, and dedicated artist bathrooms.

Media categories
All work must be original and signed handcrafted work. Accepted categories include Ceramics, Digital Art (original computer-created work printed on archival paper; AI-generated work prohibited), Drawing & Pastels, Fiber and Fiber Wearables, Glass, Graphics/Printmaking, and Jewelry. Machine-made, mass-produced, and commercially manufactured work is not permitted. Embellishment of manufactured materials is not permitted in most categories.

Jury and selection process
The festival establishes no quota or entitlement by media category. The festival's principal objective is to present a balanced show equitably showcasing both works of fine art and craft and diversity among media. Accepted artists are notified by email on October 9, 2026; waitlisted and rejected artists are also notified on that date.
