The initiative aims to bring artistic creation closer to local residents, encourage participation and develop artistic and cultural education across the territory’s 18 municipalities. Applicants must demonstrate professional status and recognition by their peers, be available exclusively for the residency, speak French fluently and hold a valid driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
