Eligibility

Target Beneficiaries

Fellowship Program
- Up to 2,500 EUR per month for fellowship duration (maximum 12 months)
- At least 2,000 EUR monthly must be paid directly to the fellow as stipend, salary, fee, or compensation
Extended Fellowship
This program supports institutions currently hosting a fellow in a one-year fellowship whose fellow requires particular protection. The extension enables fellows in vulnerable situations to continue their work safely and develop their artistic or socially relevant projects sustainably.
Consultation, Support, and Networking Program
This program funds initiatives and projects that address the specific needs of transnational artists, media makers, and cultural practitioners through multilingual information services, targeted consultation, and networking formats that facilitate access to existing networks, resources, and advocacy.
