129th Anniversary Small Works Exhibition

Overview

The Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club is offering a small works exhibition as a complement to the Annual Open Juried Exhibition, held in the Moran Gallery of the Salmagundi Club. The goal is to provide additional opportunities for sales of smaller works.

• Benefit Reception: Thursday, October 29, 2026, 5:30–8:00 PM
• Awards Reception: Friday, November 13, 2026, 7:00 PM
• Exhibition Closes: Friday, November 13, 2026
• Final Removal: Saturday, November 14, 2026, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM

Eligibility

Any woman artist may submit original artwork created within the last three years. Work must not exceed 14 inches on all sides, including the frame. Giclées, photography, computer-generated images, crafts, work done under instruction, and work derived from published photographs are not eligible. AI cannot be used to create photo references or in any other manner in the development of the work. Work previously shown in a CLWAC Annual Open Juried Exhibition is not eligible; however, work by members shown in the Members Exhibition is eligible.

Media & Size

• Three-dimensional artwork: Sculptures must be less than 10 lbs. and no more than 14" high or wide. Sculptors must submit two views (except for wall hangings).

Entry Fees

• Elected Member: $45 for one entry, $5 for second entry
• Associate Member: $50 for one entry, $5 for second entry
• Non-Member: $65 for one entry, $5 for second entry

How to Enter

Submit professional-quality JPEG images of your artwork only, not including frame. Your image files will be automatically resized and renamed according to your registration information. The jury will not see your name and title. Up to 2 artworks per artist may be submitted; however, only one per artist may be accepted. For troubleshooting, contact ShowSubmit at [email protected]

Removal of Artwork

No artwork may be removed during the exhibition. Exhibiting artists may attend the Awards Reception on Friday, November 13, 2026, at no charge and may remove work by signing and returning the label from the back of artwork. All other artwork must be removed on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Work not removed will be stored at the artist's expense.
