The AOY Members Show 2026 is an annual celebration of the talent and creativity of member artists and artisans. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your work to fellow AOY artists and the community at large.

  • 2D Artists: Limited to two framed or gallery-finished pieces per member; entries should not exceed 36" on the longest side including frame.
  • 3D Artists: Limited to two pieces per member to be displayed in gallery showcases.
  • Space for 2D entries is limited to 140 total pieces, accepted first come, first served.
  • Portfolio pieces (up to two) may also be submitted at drop-off.
  • Entry Deadline: Saturday, August 29, 2026 (2D spaces may fill before deadline)
  • Artwork Drop-Off: Friday, September 4, 4–6 pm OR Saturday, September 5, 12–2 pm
  • Artists' Reception: Sunday, September 13, 3–5 pm
  • Public Art Exhibition & Sale: September 11–13, 18–19, 12–5 pm; September 25–27, 12–5 pm
  • Art on the Farm Day: September 20, 10 am–4 pm
  • Artwork Pick-Up: Sunday, September 27, 5–7 pm OR Monday, September 28, 10 am–12 pm

All current members of AOY Art Center are eligible to enter. New members are welcome to join and exhibit. All participating member artists are expected to volunteer as gallery hosts for a minimum of 2.5 hours during the exhibition. (Members with medical exemptions limiting their ability to gallery host are still invited to enter.)

  • Accepted media: paintings, works on paper, mixed media, photography, digital art, jewelry, pottery, and sculpture.
  • Original works only; no giclees or reproductions (except in portfolio submissions).
  • 2D works must be framed with d-hooks, wired, and ready for hanging; maximum weight 10 pounds.
  • 3D works must be stable, fit within glass showcases, and include artist-provided display stand.
  • All work must not have been previously shown at AOY (except solo show work and Art on the Farm pieces).
  • Portfolio pieces must be unframed, in clear acetate sleeves, limit 25" on longest side.
  • Entry fee: $30 (nonrefundable) covers two framed 2D works or two 3D pieces.
  • AOY takes 30% commission on all sales.
  • Artist checks issued within two weeks of exhibition close.
  • All submitted work must be for sale.

Register via the AOY website; includes $30 nonrefundable fee. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the 2026 Members Show in ArtCall. If you don't have an ArtCall profile, set that up before submitting. For technical issues, contact [email protected].

AOY promotes the show via mailings, advertisements, press releases, and social media. All entries are subject to use for promotional purposes and publication in the Online Gallery (live September 11 at 12 pm at aoyarts.org). Participating artists are expected to assist with promotion via their social media and distribution of materials.

AOY Art Center will do its utmost to protect work in its possession, but the organization is not responsible for damage or loss. By submitting artwork, you agree to the conditions set forth.
