The event is marketed as a gift, jewelry, and home decor show timed for Galentine's and Valentine's Day shopping. Held at the Marriott Lincolnshire in the affluent Lincolnshire community, about 34 miles north of Chicago.

Amdur Productions staff is present on site throughout the festival to assist artists from load-in to load-out. Booth sitting is available for artists throughout the entire festival.
A wait list is selected from the jury's scores in each category. Wait listed artists are invited into the show as cancellations occur in that category. Wait list artists can resubmit art images and/or booth images for reconsideration. Wait list artists can be accepted up to and on the day of the show and will be notified by phone and/or email when a booth becomes available.
