Get matched →The National Park Service, California State Parks, and Redwood Parks Conservancy offer an Artist-in-Residence program providing eligible artists the opportunity to spend two to four weeks at Redwood National and State Parks. The program includes a stipend and accommodations in park housing. Work is performed independently during the residency; no studio space is available.
Writers, sculptors, photographers, painters, dancers, cinematographers, musicians, composers, and other visual and performing artists.
As part of the program, the artist will be expected to provide at least one public presentation and appear at one reception for community members. There will also be opportunities to interact with park staff and the public.
