42nd Annual Members Holiday Fair Fine Craft Show

Overview

The 42nd Annual Members' Holiday Fair Fine Craft Show is held across the Rehoboth Art League's Henlopen Acres campus in historic buildings. Known for high-quality artisans, the event drew 1,500 visitors last year. There is a $5 entry fee for patrons.

Eligibility

Artists must be current Rehoboth Art League members. Membership must remain current from the time of applying through the duration of the show.

Application Requirements

Each submission must include five images: four of the artist's work and one of their display booth. Photos must showcase work created within the past two years. Images must be less than 4MB each. Missing images may result in disqualification. Submissions are evaluated by blind jury—do not include identifying signage, photos of the artist, or artist information in booth images. Artists may edit or delete submissions until the deadline via their ArtCall account.

Acceptable Media

All displayed works must be original, handmade by the exhibiting artist (one-of-a-kind or limited edition from an original form). Acceptable categories include basketry, ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, wood, paper, wax, furniture, soaps, and mixed media. Other media may be considered for repeat participants. Works must be for sale. No commercially manufactured items, kits, imported works, commercial patterns, pre-manufactured components, endangered species materials, embellished items, clothing, or craft supplies.

Multiple Media

To exhibit more than one medium, an artist must complete separate applications for each. It is possible to be approved by the jury for one medium and not another.

Fees

• Application Fee: $25.00 (non-refundable)
• Booth Fee (if accepted): $300.00, due Friday, September 25, 2026
• Donation to RAL Education and Exhibitions Fundraiser: Artists are asked to donate artwork with minimum value of $75 for the RAL auction

Booth and Display

Booth sizes and shapes vary; most spaces are at least 6' × 6'. Artists must supply their own display equipment and furniture. The Rehoboth Art League does not provide tables, racks, chairs, specialty lighting, or other materials. Electrical outlets may not be accessible. Use of nails and hardware on gallery or studio walls is not permitted. Only one exhibitor per booth; subletting is not permitted.

Setup and Logistics

Artist setup is Friday, November 6, 2026, 10:00am–4:00pm. Before setting up, check in at Corkran Gallery to receive booth location, parking pass, and event packet. Setup must be complete by 4:00pm. Artists must process their own sales; wrapping materials are not provided. All participating artists consent to images of their work being used in educational materials, press releases, and promotional efforts.
