About
Overview
The eighth Arizona Wine Country Artists Village art fair takes place in Old Town Cottonwood, a wine tourism destination 30 minutes from Sedona and 10 minutes from Jerome. The event will be held on a flat, grassy field (former baseball field) with 36 booth spaces available, positioned steps from Main Street with ample parking for hundreds of visitors.

Application Requirements
All applications processed through Zapplication must include five photos: four representing your work and one of your booth display. The jury will score based solely on the images you submit. Provide clear, professional images and a succinct artist statement with image descriptions. No identifying information should appear in photos.

Eligibility & Restrictions
- Handmade work only; must be created by the exhibiting artist
- No buy-sell, resale, imported, or mass-produced items
- No machine-made or machine-line work
- No personal care, home improvement, travel, food or beverage items
- No AI-generated art
- Products must be handmade by no more than three people in the artist's studio
- Primary artist must be present during the entire show
- Only products represented in your application may be displayed and sold

Refund Policy
Full space rent refund if you cancel by March 6, 2027 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, minus $75 processing fee and credit card fees when applicable. Application and business license fees are non-refundable. Cancellations after March 6 receive no refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or email; no verbal requests honored.
Jury Process
Blind jury process using only your photos, image descriptions, and artist statement. Jury scores will not be released. All jury decisions are final. Prior participation or history with the festival is appreciated and considered, but does not guarantee future acceptance.
