About the Work
Turn or Burn brings together photography, video, and installation approaches to examine how evangelical street preachers' words and actions replay tensions between faith, performance, and politics in public space. The exhibition questions how beliefs and ideologies are socially perpetuated between individuals and the systems they are embedded in.
