About
Grant Reporting
As a grantee of The Ian Potter Cultural Trust, you must fulfill several obligations and requirements when your project ends. Grant reporting information is used to ensure financial accountability, enable a review of each project funded by the Trust, and provide feedback on project outcomes to the Trustees and staff.
Timeline
The due date of your report will be set 6 weeks after your project end date. You will be prompted by email to complete and submit the report approximately one month prior to this date.
How to Submit
Grant reports must be submitted online via your Grantee Portal in GivingData, our grant management system. Access your account using your individual log-in used in your original application.
Contact
If you have any questions about your reporting commitments or navigating the Grantee Portal, please contact us.
Every listing links to the organizer's official page. Always confirm deadlines, fees, and entry rules there before you apply.
