Join us at The Park at PV in Paradise Valley for the annual Artist Festival. This boutique, curated event is set within a beautifully designed park surrounded by gourmet restaurants and exclusive high-rise residences, in the most affluent city in Arizona. The event is heavily marketed through television, print media, public radio, flyers, and social media campaigns.

All work must be handmade by no more than three people working in the artist's studio. The primary artist must be present for the entire duration of the show. No buy-sell, imported, mass-produced, or machine-line work is permitted. All work must be created by the exhibiting artist.

  • Ceramics: Functional or sculptural works made primarily of clay; any molds must be created by the artist
  • Clothing: Original handmade garments; machine-made clothing with hand-applied surface design acceptable
  • Drawing & Painting: Original hand-created works; signed limited-edition prints permitted
  • Fiber: Handmade works including weaving, tapestry, basketry, embroidery, batik; factory-made items acceptable if at least 75% artist-modified
  • Furniture: Handmade in any medium
  • Glass: Fused, slumped, blown, or leaded glass created by the artist
  • Jewelry – Fine: Handmade using precious metals and/or gem-quality stones
  • Jewelry – Ornamental: Handmade using non-precious metals, beads, or semi-precious stones
  • Leather: Handmade goods such as belts, bags, shoes, hats
  • Metal Work: Handmade non-sculptural items
  • Mixed Media: Works combining multiple materials
  • Musical Instruments: Handmade in any medium
  • Paper: Handmade paper art or craft
  • Photography: Original photographic works, including digital prints
  • Printmaking: Original prints using traditional techniques
  • Sculpture: Three-dimensional works created by carving, modeling, casting, or constructing
  • Textiles – Non-Clothing: Handmade items such as quilts, embroidery, canvas work
  • Toys: Handmade toys or games
  • Upcycled/Creative Reuse: Works made from at least 75% recycled or repurposed materials, substantially transformed
  • Wood: Handmade items, functional or sculptural, excluding furniture and toys

All applications must be submitted through ZAPP and must include five images: four representing your artwork and one of your booth display. These images are the only materials the jury will review. Artists may only display and sell items represented in their application. Clear, professional photography and concise descriptions are essential. No identifying information should appear in any image.

All applications undergo a blind jury process. The jury will only see submitted images, image descriptions, and artist statement. Jury scores are not released. All jury decisions are final. The show promoter reserves the right to accept artists/vendors with a long-standing relationship with Oak Creek Arts and Crafts Show based on that relationship alone.

  • Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax: State 5.6%, City of Phoenix 9.1%

Artists who cancel at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full booth fee refund, minus credit card fees when applicable and a $75 processing fee. Application fees and business license fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email; no verbal cancellations accepted.

A booth is defined as a 10' x 10' structure with a canopy and four sides; white canopies preferred. Minimum 40 lbs of weight per leg required; all weights must be placed inside the booth. No stakes allowed. Artists must provide their own booth, display, and equipment. Booths must be sturdy, clean, safe, and may not encroach on neighboring spaces. All 2D artwork must be hung or displayed on shelves, tables, or print racks. All signage, artwork, displays, and storage must remain within your assigned space. Extensions beyond your space require advance approval; failure to comply may result in removal and disqualification from future events.

  • Artist Parking: Vendors must park in designated artist parking areas; details provided in load-in instructions
  • Set-Up: Begins 6:00 AM Friday; must be fully set up by 8:00 AM
  • Booth Sharing: Not permitted; each artist must apply separately and be accepted by the jury
  • Weather: All shows are rain or shine; no refunds due to weather
