This exhibition is open to all Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior students formally accepted as a School of Art major or minor and enrolled in the School of Art between Summer 2026 and Spring 2027. Senior BA Art students are also eligible. Art students exhibiting in the Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 BFA Exhibition are not eligible to participate in the Undergraduate Exhibition. Students may enter work not previously shown at BGSU that was made within the past two years in an art course under the supervision of a School of Art faculty member. Long-term projects or works-in-progress will not be shown. Works of extraordinary dimensions or requiring special equipment or space may be rejected due to Gallery limitations.
Every listing links to the organizer's official page. Always confirm deadlines, fees, and entry rules there before you apply.
On December 12th you can log in to your CaFÉ account to see what work was accepted into the exhibition.
Works of art in this exhibition created by School of Art majors may be awarded prizes, purchase awards, and/or given special notice or publicity. Faculty and invited jurors will have full discretion in selecting student work for inclusion and/or awards. Please note that due to funding restrictions, only School of Art majors are eligible for awards at this time.
